1 . General conditions

1.1 . "Golden gate" SIA (Latvia), registration No. 40103179330, legal address: St. Z.A.Meytrovitsa, LV-1050, Riga, Latvia, the actual address of St. Z.A.Meytrovitsa, LV-1050, Riga, Latvia further in the text – Golden gate, renders services which are available on a site www.goldengate.lv, further in the text – the Site, taking into account the following conditions, our Policy of delivery, Policy of return and other conditions and the politician which you can find on our Site in connection with a certain functionality, lines or carried-out actions, and also in connection with the customer service, all above is part of the present provisions and conditions. Having come on the Site and using it, you thereby recognize that you examined the presents of the Condition of use, you understand them and agree, without restriction, to observe them.
1.2 . Golden gate reserves the right without the prior notice to make changes to use Conditions.
1.3 . When the customer gets jewelry, the gift packing, offered on the www.goldengate.lv web page for sale on the Internet, further in the text – Goods, this joint agreement is considered the Remote contract on which the rules of law regulating remote contracts extend, including, but without being limited, the European Parliament and Council No. 97/7/EEC Directive "About protection of consumers in connection with the contracts signed at distance", the law of the Republic of Latvia "About protection of the rights of consumers", and Rules of the Cabinet of the Republic of Latvia about remote contracts.
 

2 . Confidentiality of personal information

2.1 . Personal information which the Buyer gives to the Enterprise, won't be transferred to the third party without his consent, or used in other purposes without preliminary coordination with the Buyer.
2.2 . From the Buyer financial information, only data which are necessary for paperwork on goods delivery aren't required.
 

3 . Price policy

3.1 . All prices in www.goldengate.lv online store are specified with the VAT of 21%. The cost of delivery isn't included in the price.
3.2 . The prices and the offer of goods are actual at present and they can be changed on a site without the prevention.
 

4 . Methods of payment
4.1 Cash payment or the cash card (it is possible to make in Zelta vārti shop)
4.2 Payment by bank transfer (an advance payment, having ordered goods in www.goldengate.lv online store)
4.3 Payment by credit cards VISA / MasterCard (online purchase on a site www.goldengate.lv)

5 . Goods delivery
5.1 . Transportation costs and terms are established depending on a type of delivery.

6 . Right of refusal
6.1 . The buyer has the right to refuse the contract within 14 calendar days and to return Golden gate goods
6.2 . Return of goods is made in compliance with the law "LR Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likumu".

7 . Force majeur
"Golden gate" SIA doesn't bear responsibility for any delays and breach of obligations or any violations which have arisen as result of circumstances and obstacles which are out of reasonable control and which include, but aren't limited specified, strikes, actions of the government, war or emergency situations of national scale, threat of terrorism or acts of terrorism, ecological or climatic anomalies, breach of obligations by the third party, problems with the Internet, failures in equipment and software work. In case of circumstances of force majeure, we will try to eliminate such delays in the term shortest whenever possible.
